By documenting these perspectives, the study aims to inform the design of targeted interventions to mitigate weight stigma within clinical environments and enhance the long-term well-being of the healthcare workforce.
What will I need to do?
- Quantitative Part: Complete a comprehensive online survey. (Note: Access to a computer with a keyboard is required; a phone/tablet is not sufficient).
- Qualitative Part: Participants who complete the survey may be contacted for an online interview to share experiences regarding weight stigma in healthcare.
Eligibility
- Aged 21–65 years old.
- Able to read and understand English.
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in a healthcare-related discipline.
- Currently working in a clinical healthcare role.
