Lighter-Mets is a longitudinal research study designed to evaluate a structured lifestyle intervention for individuals with metabolic syndrome. Cardiovascular and metabolic health are often influenced by interconnected lifestyle habits; this programme aims to address these factors through evidence-based dietary and behavioural support.
Over the course of one year, we aim to investigate how a combination of professional health coaching and digital health tools can support sustainable improvements in metabolic markers. Participants provide vital data through clinical assessments and, depending on their randomized study group, may gain access to personalized coaching and our dedicated research platform.
