The eTRIP study (Improving Weight Loss in Healthy Adults) utilized an artificial intelligence-assisted dietary prediction and prevention system combined with continuous glucose monitoring to help individuals with overweight and obesity manage their weight more effectively through personalized metabolic insights.
What will I need to do?
- Participate in a 24-week study involving dietary prediction.
- Perform Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) using the Dexcom system.
- Attend in-person body measurement sessions at the National University of Singapore (NUS).
- Utilize an AI-assisted platform for dietary prevention and tracking.
Eligibility
- Aged 21–65 years old.
- BMI ≥ 23 kg/m².
- Willing to use CGM and travel to NUS for assessments.
- Not using or intending to use other apps for weight loss.
- Not pregnant or lactating; no serious mental or health conditions.
