MELOW

Midlife Empowerment and Longevity through Optimizing Wellness

The MELOW (Midlife Empowerment and Longevity through Optimizing Wellness) study is a 12-month longitudinal research initiative evaluating a personalized wellness programme for midlife women with abdominal obesity. This study investigates the impact of integrated digital and biological monitoring on visceral adipose tissue, the management of menopausal symptoms, and the reduction of overall cardiometabolic risk.

By utilizing longitudinal physiological assessments and advanced wearable technology, the research aims to establish evidence-based strategies for enhancing healthy longevity and metabolic resilience during the menopausal transition.
