I graduated from Singapore Management University, majoring in Sociology and Global Asia. My work focuses on understanding how social and structural factors shape health behaviours and well-being across the life course, and my research interests include population health, inequality, and life-course outcomes. I was awarded Best Undergraduate Student Paper at the Population Association of Singapore (2026) for my research on family structure and mental well-being among older adults. Outside of work, I enjoy aerial arts, racket sports and music.
